Welcome to KMD TCG SUPPLY CO.
July 2026 Business Update: Expansion, Partnerships & Operational Growth
The past few weeks have marked a major turning point for KMD Supply Co as we continue building a scalable, reliable trading card distribution network across the Seattle metro area. From new retail partnerships to expanded product placement and improved operational systems, July has been one of our strongest months yet.
Below is a full breakdown of what’s new, what’s improving, and what’s coming next.
Expanding Our Retail Network
We’re excited to announce that our partnership with a local multi‑store operator has grown significantly. After a successful trial run at several locations, we’ve been invited to expand into 10 additional stores, bringing our total footprint to 15 retail locations across:
- Fremont
- Northgate
- Burien
- Normandy Park
- Des Moines
- Beacon Hill
- Additional Shell & 76 stations across the region
This expansion allows us to bring high‑quality Japanese Pokémon booster packs directly to customers in convenient, accessible retail environments.
New Product Placement Strategy
To support this rollout, each store will receive a curated 50‑pack starter set featuring our most popular Japanese booster packs:
- Mega Dream EX (our top‑selling premium SKU)
- Mega Symphonia
- Mega Brave
- Abyss Eye
- Ninja Spinner
These assortments are designed to maximize visibility, variety, and sell‑through while maintaining consistent pricing and presentation across all locations.
We’re also providing:
- Acrylic display stands
- Counter signage
- Door/window stickers
- Updated product information cards
This ensures every store presents our products professionally and consistently.
Improved Consignment Agreements
As part of our expansion, we’ve updated our consignment agreements to reflect:
- A negotiated revenue split with retail partners
- Clear inventory ownership
- Weekly reporting and receipt tracking
- Physical inventory counts before payout
- SKU exclusivity to protect product integrity
- Standardized pricing across all locations
These agreements create a stable, scalable foundation for long‑term growth while protecting both our partners and our brand.
Inventory Strength & Readiness
Our current inventory levels allow us to fully support the 15‑store rollout without interruption. With thousands of loose Japanese booster packs in stock, we can supply:
- Initial placement
- Weekly replenishment
- Seasonal promotions
- Emergency restocks
This ensures every store remains stocked with high‑velocity SKUs, especially Mega Dream EX, which continues to outperform all other products in both retail and online sales.
Transition Away From eBay Promotions
After analyzing our eBay performance, we identified that promoted listings and offsite ads were significantly reducing profitability due to high fee loads. We’ve now ended all promotions and shifted our strategy to focus on:
- High‑margin singles
- Graded cards
- Premium bundles
- Specialty items
Meanwhile, Japanese booster packs will be sold exclusively through our retail network, where margins are stronger and customer engagement is higher.
What’s Next
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be:
- Deploying product to new locations
- Installing signage and acrylic stands
- Finalizing agreements with store owners
- Launching a replenishment schedule
- Preparing for vending machine placement at select high‑traffic stores
We’re excited to continue growing our footprint and delivering high‑quality Japanese Pokémon products to collectors across the Seattle area.
